Planning:
The planning process invites known information, previous reports, vendor and management input to achieve a well rounded understanding of the property,  enabling an on target plan to evolve. Bidding:
Once a plan has been established, CIDology will bid the project out to the best contractors for the job.  We will conduct bid meetings and interviews, making sure that all contractors are providing comparable proposals.  We will review all proposals and contracts and provide education so that the board will feel confident when making the final decision.
