Using the site evaluation report as a basis, we create 3D maps of each building and highlight all of the problem areas by color code.  Meetings with your team will help us come up with potential repair scenarios that align with your budgets and needs.

An important part of our process includes education for the Board and community because we understand that not everyone understands maintenance and construction like we do.  We feel that in order to make informed decisions, you need to be educated on what to look for, various methods of repair and how to best budget the cash you have.  At the same time, we are looking for information on what your plan looks like, whether it’s accurate, what your financial condition is and any community challenges/goals.  This sharing of information helps everyone come up with the best possible plan for your community.

Web Platform:
Once we have all of this information, we organize it, digitize it and store it on our web-based, password-protected platform so that there is complete transparency throughout the process.  Board members will have access to signed contracts, preliminary budgets, schedules and construction packets. Homeowners will have access to unit-related information, public notices and historical documents.
