Membership Education
CIDology’s team leads the way in presenting and executing the process by explaining construction and funding scenarios.  We understand that different members have different ways of understanding information and different levels of interest. We communicate visually, graphically and digitally to reach the largest number of individuals.  All information is then processed and stored on your community website for later review.

Funding Prep
We will create all of the necessary documents to help you have the best chance of being approved.  Knowing the limitations and potential of various funding methods can greatly influence the decision making process and the direction of any project. CIDology has worked with many of the top HOA bankers and can help navigate you through the process of obtaining a loan and will then work with your management team to distribute funds for the construction project.

The Board will be asked to review, approve and send the plans and funding choices to the membership for a vote (if necessary).  Depending on your governing documents, some approvals only require a Board approval.  We will help you determine the requirements and lead you through the process.

Voting (if required)
CIDology will work with your management team to craft each of the voting documents and prepare for mailing.  We will educate your members on the benefits of working with a plan and how it will impact them positively in the future.
